Learn how to make a stool only with the use of handtools.
In this course you will learn how to use a Japanese plane called Kanna. You will use the Kanna to shape your seat and round the legs. And instead of using sandpaper for the final touch, you will learn how you can set up the Kanna to make a final hand shaved surface.
This two-days weekend course is both for those with and without woodworking experience. Enthusiasm for woodwork is all you need together with your wanting to create your own stool.
